Membership Inclusions

All memberships include the following benefits:

• Two (2) members-only classes per month.

• One (1) public class per month.

• One (1) members-only social or event per quarter, with the option to

bring one (1) guest free of charge.

• 15% discount on in-store items, excluding:

o Sale items

o Safes

o Firearms

o Ammunition

• 15% discount on private lessons

• Member discounted rate for special guest seminars.

Membership Eligibility

• Membership is available exclusively to women 18 years of age and

older.

• Proof of age may be required for verification.Cancellation and Termination

• Members may cancel their membership with a 30-day written notice.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or in

person.

• If the Member cancels before the end of the contract term, a partial

refund will be issued for the remainder of their contract.

• Full refunds will be issued if the membership is cancelled within the

first 3 days of signing up.

Member Conduct and Safety

• Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow

all safety protocols and instructor guidance during classes, events, and

social gatherings.

• The Club reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of

club policies, unsafe behavior, or misconduct – without refund

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

• The Member acknowledges that participation in self-defense training

involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury.

• The Member agrees to assume all risks and release, its instructors,

staff, and affiliates from any and all liability.

Guest Policy for Social Events

• Members may bring one (1) guest to quarterly social events free of

charge.

• Guests are expected to adhere to all club rules, policies, and behavioral

standards.

• Any conduct by a guest that violates club policy may result in

disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or

termination of the Member’s guest privileges or revocation of their

membership.

Amendments and Modifications

• The Club reserves the right to modify class schedules, pricing, and

policies with a 30-day notice provided to members.

• However, in the event of severe weather the club may cancel class

without notice.
